I'm down to 120 lbs. and I have to watch/count every bite that I put into my mouth. From here on out, you will have to put on your game face. I wish I could tell you that it gets easier, but it gets tougher as you get smaller. - SueSUE M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05385363784982598152noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040100606605030988.post-8017850581539296152010-04-12T08:20:44.485-05:002010-04-12T08:20:44.485-05:00So good to hear from you again...I was starting to...So good to hear from you again...I was starting to get worried!!! Your mom being lean and with high b/p says it all. If it's in our make up, medication may be the only way to get and keep it normal. You're on a diuretic which will have no side effects other than keep you running to the bathroom!

Thank you for your honest reporting and determination to stay positive. I love how you are "growing" into your smaller skin! Learning to not feel guilty about all the hard work your doing to keep on shrinking! Those occasional surprise gains can really jolt us back to reality, so not such a bad thing!Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12401609334253676307noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6040100606605030988.post-48948818138153078202010-04-12T01:55:54.464-05:002010-04-12T01:55:54.464-05:00Hey, ah well on the weight gain.
